Paul is in charge of our SME accounts and audit department, along with his duties as training manager and IIP Champion. Paul is a loyal and dedicated Ipswich Town Football Club supporter, who also enjoys playing snooker and golf.

Erich was formerly one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Taxes before jointly forming Walter Wright Consultancy Ltd with Walter Wright. Erich specialises in tax investigation work and tax planning for Management Buy Outs and acquisitions and disposals of business. He also provides specialist expert advice and opinion in respect of tax related professional negligence claims and tax related litigation. Erich is a keen country sports participant

James is the founder of the practice, and now acts as a consultant specialising in providing financial and tax planning services to partnerships, family companies and their directors. James is a keen aviation enthusiast and is currently building his third plane.
