Sage 50 Accounts 2012
Sage are releasing the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts on 1 August 2011 and as an accountant partner we have seen the new release and think that some of the new features could bring improvements to your system and how you work. The key new features are as follows: -
Improved speed and performance particularly in a multi-user or network environment, meaning that a request to view a screen that may have thousands of transactions to list will be generated in seconds rather than minutes.- The ability to view your Sage data on a Blackberry or Apple mobile phone, including creation of orders/invoices and other records.
- Being able to specify a date before which transactions cannot be posted, which is useful if you have finished processing for a particular month and printed all of your reports. Nothing can be posted before the specified date so the values do not change in relation to the reports.
- A quick search field which will search across your Sage data without having to build search criteria.
